By purchasing and/or using our products, you automatically accept these Terms and Conditions of Service.



1. PRODUCT OWNERSHIP AND USAGE


  • External Resale Restriction: The sale, resale, or redistribution of our products on any other online store, platform, or third-party website is strictly prohibited.

  • In-Server Resale: Resale of our products is permitted exclusively within your Roleplay (RP) server, provided the sole purpose is to allow other users to utilize them within that virtual environment.

  • Product Delivery: All purchased items will appear directly in your Keymaster account.



2. LICENSE ACQUISITION, NO REFUNDS, AND RISKS


  • Acquisition of License: When you make a purchase with us, you are acquiring a license to use the digital virtual elements included in your purchase.

  • Final Transaction: Please note that this transaction is final, and we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

  • Loss of License due to Ban: If you are banned from the Platform (server/community) for violating the rules, you will not be eligible for a refund. The Platform reserves the right to enforce bans at its discretion and modify its rules at any time.

  • Access and Discontinuation: Access to the Platform is not guaranteed. If the server is discontinued, any associated virtual elements will be lost.

  • Value: All elements are virtual and have no real-world value; they cannot be exchanged for real money.

  • Consequences for Refund Request: Any attempt to request a refund or initiate a dispute will result in the automatic addition of your account to our Black List, leading to the loss of access to future products and services.



3. PRICING AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT


  • Pricing: All prices are unilaterally set by our administration. For detailed information regarding pricing or special rates, please consult our official channel on Discord.

  • Technical Support: For any technical failure or queries about product functionality, we offer customer support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (24/7).

  • Reporting Issues: We urge you to contact us directly through the support channels to report any problems.



4. PRIVACY POLICY


All personal information we collect during the purchase process is subject to our Privacy Policy. This information will not be used for any other purpose than the delivery of the product and direct contact with you regarding your purchase or support.
